Surf's Up

It was this week last year that I took a surfing class thru the local community college. I was immediately hooked!!! I have been practicing every chance I get, usually making it to the beach about once, maybe twice a week. Well, tonight we went out after a hot day at work and I actually stood up on 4 waves!!! I mean real waves, not whitewater......This might not seem like much, but surfing is ALOT harder than it looks. I am soo excited to have finally reached this small goal....... now to try a little bit bigger waves..........
