I bought a Hawaiian Papaya Tree hoping to have it grow into a beautiful tree that would produce LOTS of wonderful Papaya - my favorite fruit!! This was really stretching it I know, but hey, gotta keep positive thoughts, right?? hee hee
Anyway, here is a picture of my Papaya tree a few weeks ago, growing a little slow, but still growing.

I came home from work and look what I found.......
Now you know why I am hunting squirrels!!!!!
Oh dear. You have my sympathies and you've just reminded me that it's time to net my dwarf Asian Pear tree before those little buggers decimate it again this year. Last year they started in August, taking a bite out of each pear before they were ripe....I think I managed to save 3 pears for us.
