Most of the work is now done on the house, just waiting for a little touch up on the stucco and then I can cross that job off the list!!!! YEA!!!!

What a mess this makes!!!! We have sand and stucco dust everywhere.... We spent 2 days trying to get everything watered, and cleaned off. Had to empty the entire garage and clean EVERYTHING!!!!!

Another week spent removing and replacing fascia boards that had damage, then priming and painting, getting ready for the raingutters......they were installed yesterday!!!!
A little bit of paint on the trim and around the doors and we will be done, and ready to start on the landscaping......if we can get rid of Mr. Gopher that is!!!!
Oh, on a side note, both of the baby birds are still alive and well in the yard, momma has been busy keeping up with them, but we have seen both of them and they are growing like weeds!!!! (believe, me, I know how weeds grow!!!!! hee hee)

Looks great! Believe me, you don't know weeds till you've seen mine! Still plugging away trying to get it ready to put on the market. Finally found somebody to do the yard for me....he starts today.
