Still baking.......
As if I didn't get enough baking in on Sunday...... I made sugar cookies on Monday night and then frosted them tonight. 11 Dozen!!!!! Yikes!!! I know, they all look the same, but when you have to frost 11 dozen cookies you have to come up with a pretty quick way to get it done. I used to spend hours decorating, and then realized no one even noticed..... now they get frosting and sprinkles and I call it good. :-) hee hee
Also got a batch of 7 layer bars made and 4 dozen little mini Pecan Pies... these are soo yummy!!!!

OOOh, it all looks so yummy. I make the little Pecan Things too (that's what Steve calls them). They're actually called Pecan Tassies and have a cream cheese/shortbread crust. Do yours have that kind of crust?
ReplyDeleteYes Liz, the crust is cream cheese, butter I think and flour....they are soo yummy!!! I have to give most of them away or I will eat them.... hee hee
