The word on the house is a go, and trying to close escrow by the 13th ~ yes, of January!!!! 11 days from now!!! I am not having a good feeling on this, but I am still packing!!!! I have talked with lots of people and as usual, you ask 5 people, you get 10 opinions.......half say don't worry, it will all work fine, half say it will never close on time.........
The only reason for the worry about the date is that I am leaving for Mexico on the 22nd, and I have given my notice here where I am living to be out by the 22nd!!!! YIKES!!!!
It is amazing how much stuff we can cram into small spaces!!!! I haven't brought anything into this house, and I sure don't remember moving ALL of this STUFF from the old house!!!! Plus, I have sold ALOT on e-Bay this past year..... I keep filling up boxes, and keep needing more!!!! I make a trip around the back of the strip malls after work every day and collect what ever boxes I can find.... I don't know if that is considered stealing. I'm sure the kids working there don't care, that is less they have to do to dispose of them!!!! So, here is the pile in the living room so far.......
I still have to tackle the kitchen and finish all the odd bits all around the house and of course, all the furniture..... I am trying to box everything so it stacks and there isn't a bunch of loose items. I am just soo amazed and embarrased at ALL that I have. (we wont even discuss how much of this pile is fabric)
SOOO~~~ once I get moved, I will be having HUGE garage, craft, fabric sales!!!!!
I'm off to tackle the kitchen today.....and make another trip to the strip mall.
Back to work tomorrow!!!
