Just a quick note:
We got an announcement at work that postage rates will be going up after the beginning of the year. First Class 1st ounce will go from $.45 to $.46 and Postcards will climb to $.32 Not sure about rates for 2nd ounce or what will happen to rates for packages......
In 23 years that I have been at the PO, this is the first time we have ever gotten a heads up on this!!!!!
"Forever" stamps will still be good at the higher rate, so make sure you pick some up before the rate change!!!
